As we begin rolling out harvest work across our systems, we want to be transparent with everyone involved.
Broadacre Contracting does not accept any form of brokers into our system this includes freight brokers, job brokers, and other intermediaries. Our aim is to connect growers and contractors directly, ensuring quality control, transparency, and trust throughout every stage of the process.
When brokers are involved, we lose oversight of subcontractors and who is actually showing up to do the work. That lack of control puts our clients, our partners, and our reputation at risk and that’s something we won’t compromise on.
We also want to be clear that we do not take commissions on jobs. Our tone, our rates, and our practices reflect our commitment to changing the way the agricultural contracting sector operates. We’re here to lead with integrity, not extract value from our community.
This policy is part of our broader mission to raise industry standards and stand firmly against the hidden costs and lack of transparency that often come with broker systems. We believe the people doing the work and those offering the work deserve direct, fair, and honest arrangements.
If you are a broker and enter our system without disclosing your status, you may be held liable. Any profits made through undisclosed brokerage may be transferred to Broadacre Contracting, and you may be responsible for covering legal fees and any financial or reputational damage incurred as a result.
