Grain Producers SA is seeking grain producer input on the use of paraquat and diquat herbicides in light of the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority’s (APVMA) proposed restrictions.
APVMA’s proposed changes means that:

• No optical or shielded spraying
• No crop topping
• No pre-harvest desiccation
• Spray-topping pastures limited to 410ml/ha
