We wanted to put a quick post up to let you all know about the Tenders Section on our site and how it can help with finding work opportunities this harvest especially for trucks, cartage, subbies, and everything else transport-related.

If you’re an owner-operator or transport company, this is a great place to find work directly from growers, or even build your own crew by posting jobs and connecting with other subbies.

Just a heads up we don’t allow freight brokers in our system. If you don’t own your own truck/s, it’s not the right fit.

To be clear our system is NOT a broker model. We don’t take commissions on ton rates or anything like that. We simply provide a space where jobs can be posted and connections can be made.

If you’re a company posting a job to find subbies, please just be transparent. Let everyone know you’re not a grower but a business looking to build a team, and clearly outline what you expect.

At the end of the day, we’re here to support the industry but we don’t want to see any dodgy behaviour. No undercutting, no shady deals we won’t tolerate it.
